My Fave Spot in Queens….And Yours Is?? ……..

Friday, March 26th, 2010

Hi All~ So I wanted to share one of my very favorite spots in Queens with you. I hope you will get a chance to go visit this area too and let me know what you thought of it! I would also love to hear what YOUR FAVE SPOT in Queens is as well! Being born and raised in a place doesn’t mean you know it inside and out…especially when that place is the biggest borough in the city! So please send me your Fave Spots/Things to Do in Queens :)

Ok – so – the Pine Forest in Forest Park (behind ‘ole Jackson Pond) on Park Lane South and 108th street – As a child, walks and games of hide and seek with our family dog in the Pine Forest was a regular part of our family schedule! It is a beautiful place to picnic, people watch and all the while being lost in the woods :) I hope you enjoy it! ~Jess from QCA/QAX2010
