THE SONNET MAN – A Hip Hop Valentine Concert

Shakespeare may have been the greatest rapper of them all!
Broadway playwright Arje Shaw (Jackson Rep, 167 Tongues) and Hip Hop artist Devon Glover have created this dynamic and accessible concert featuring Shakespeare’s love sonnets set in song enhanced by Devon’s riffs on the themes.  Music by Daniel Lynas with vocals by Devon Glover and Melissa Guttman.
Tickets $14 ($10 Students/Seniors) Sonnet Man Concert Only

ON THE SAME SPECIAL NIGHT:

Also set to perform: 2 time Emmy Award Winner and Broadway Veteran Nikkieli DeMone (RagTime, RENT, Miss Saigon) at the  Cabaret Reception Fundraiser.

With cabaret appearances from Jackson Rep company member and two time Emmy Award Winner and Broadway Veteran Nikkieli DeMone (RagTime, RENT, Miss Saigon) and other guest performers showin’ the love for Jackson Rep!  Refreshments and more.
