    – Stop pulling from human service sectors as first measure to “reduce city defecit.” Protecting businesses is important, yes, but these organizations do the work that the city cannot do.
    – temporarily readjust tax breaks, continue monitoring upper bracket of high-earning individuals and corporations to ensure loopholes are closed
    – more incentives on giving funds back into community
    – more protection for lower bracket of income earners, such as health insurance, yearly raises, education of worker rights.
